JSPM’s Kautilya Institute of Management has always ventured into new avenues that are important considering National Development.  KIMR’s Training & Placement Cell is a gateway to career aspired by students and helps to become competent in the world of globalization. The TNP envisages career opportunities providing Soft Skills Development Program, Preparatory Courses to help students to become competent and professional. In order to open new avenues of career, KIMR focuses on strengthening relationship with Industries, other organizations and Alumni through more interactions/workshops/visits. 
It’s indeed an honor to achieve excellent placements in the best of the industry for the eligible candidates.  Our Vision is to ensure best possible Career Opportunities to students as per their Aspirations and Profiles. Mission is to facilitate and guide the students in achieving their career goals.  The office is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support all the stages of Placement Process viz. Pre-Placement Talk, Written Test, Group Discussion & Interviews. 
The Placement Department imparts training to the students to develop overall personality of the students to be able to equip them for facing the Campus Interviews in this new competitive era. The thrust of the Placement Department is to create maximum opportunities for the placement of the eligible students in the job market by establishing good rapport with the Industry.  The Placement activity starts immediately after first semester examination i.e. for internship of first year students. Many of the top and renowned Companies visit to our institutes regularly for campus as well as off- campus Recruitment Process & most of the students get placed even before the completion of course.  The Placement Department operates year round to facilitate interaction between Companies and Students. We are keeping consistent thrust in improving Placement scenario and our results are rewarding.
