Dear Prospective Managers,

JSPM’s Kautilya remains committed to disseminating designed management education through stronger social development and make managerial decisions more people centric in the process.
JSPM’s KIMR is part of a multi-campus institute that offers postgraduate in Management education and it has also witnessed a remarkable increase in the number of students enrolling. The institute will continue to make active and dedicated attempts to infuse a global perspective into management education. The curriculum is more contextual and research-oriented and will impart sustainable and value-centric managerial education. The institute will develop educational programmes which have wider social implications and integrate technological excellence. Attempts will be made to retain and attract quality faculty, academicians, managers, researchers, and professionals; thus demonstrating the institute’s intellectual engagement with the latest in thought leadership.
This is the most opportune time to consolidate all the new initiatives that can strengthen KIMR as a multidisciplinary institution. I am confident that the cooperative endeavor’s of the faculty, students, and staff of the institute will help KIMR evolve as a responsible institution that ensures an equal dispersion of modern management practices and philosophies.
In conclusion I am reminded of the famous quote by Peter Drucker, father of modern management, ‘Knowledge has to be improved, challenged, and increased constantly, or, it vanishes’. It is our avowed passion that we produce managers who would improve, challenge and above all, increase managerial knowledge to such dimensions of continued presence and success.
